Micrographs of ER-derived vesicles from HEK293F cells. Tilt-series collected between +-51 degrees with a 3 degree increment (35 tilts) and cumulative dose of less than 80 e-/A^2. Each tilt was collected as a movie with 8 frames and pixel size of 1.724 A/px.
