The files were written as gain-unnormalised integer .tiff files by EPU. The gain reference is in the GainRef folder. The run_data.star file from the final 3D refinement of TAF15 filaments, Amyloid beta 42 filaments, TMEM106B singlet filaments and TMEM106B doublet filaments is included in the TAF15, Abeta42, TMEM106B_singlet and TMEM106B_doublet folders, respectively.
