Details:
Selected particles obtained after multiple rounds of heterogenous refinement against a low-pass filtered reconstruction. Particles were extracted from motion-corrected micrographs that were f-cropped by factor of 1/2. Extraction box size 324 px Fourier cropped to 216 px. These were used for final 3D classification and refinement. The 3D classes are listed as star-files in data/classes.
