This is a dataset of the AP2 clathrin adaptor bound to the APA domain of SGIP in the presence of heparin. Included are uncorrected and unaligned movies if TIFF format, a gain reference file in mrc format, and associated .mdoc files from SerialEM for each movie. The gain reference is included with the mdoc files.
