Raw movies are included along with .mdoc files from SerialEM.
This is a dataset of the AP2 clathrin adaptor bound to an MSP1 nanodisc with an embedded tyrosine cargo peptide. Included are raw movie frames, associated mdoc files from SerialEM, and a gain reference.
