Details:

The movies were acquired (Titan Krios) on K2 Summit direct electron detector (Gatan) operating in counting mode at a nominal magnification of 165,000 corresponding to a pixel size of 0.822 Å. Each movie is collected across 32 frames with a total electron dose of 32 e-/Å2. Reference gain file (.dm4) and K2 camera defects file (.txt) are in the same directory.
