Investigation of hydrated channels and proton pathways in a high-resolution cryo-EM structure of mammalian complex I
Gain-corrected micrographs were imaged using a Gatan K2 detector in counting mode with a GIF BioQuantum energy filter (20 eV slit width) on an FEI 300 keV Titan Krios microscope with a 100 μm objective aperture. The sample was frozen on PEGylated gold grids.
