Each folder contains one of 51 tilt series of cryo-FIB milled yeast cells expressing Mdm34-mNeonGreen, aligned using IMOD patch tracking. The tilt series have been generated from the raw frames also available in this EMPIAR entry. Two binning steps occurred; the first during frame alignment and the second during tilt series alignment. The resulting tilt series consist of varying numbers of tilt images. Tilt images that aligned poorly were excluded from the final alignment.
data/K3defectfile_gainrefs This folder contains the gain reference files and the K3 defect file that were applied to process the raw tilt images. The additional .csv file indicates which gain reference was applied to which tilt series raw data. The single defect file applies to all raw data.

Available download options:
Archives and downloads the selected files into an uncompressed zip file.
Depending on the number and size of files to be downloaded, this can take an enormous amount of time.

We recommend using rsync, aspera, globus, etc.
Download a list of selected files.
It is possible to download files by specifying the file list with rsync command, etc.
Each folder contains the frames, as tiff stacks, corresponding to one tilt series, acquired on cryo-FIB milled yeast cells expressing Mdm34-mNeonGreen. The naming corresponds to that of the final aligned tilt series also available in this entry.
