Details:
Each subdirectory contains the raw data that was used for reconstruction of one electron cryo-tomogram. In 14 cases, the raw data are three unaligned, dose-fractionated frames per tilt image. In one case, the raw data is the unaligned series of tilt images.
Note that pixel sizes are either 3.7 or 7.1 Angstrom. Please check header in each case. The sample are cryo-FIB milled HeLa cells expressing Cidec-EGFP.
