Details:

Tilt-series recorded on argon PFIB lamellae of HeLa cells using a dose-symmetric tilt-scheme corrected for the pre-tilt of the lamellae. Electron dose: 5 e/A2 per tilt. Data recorded at a pixel size of 1.85 A/px, which was refined to 1.9A/px based on the Subtomogram average structure.
