The files were written as eer files by EPU and then converted to TIFF files by relion_convert_to_tiff. During this process, the pixel size in the header was lost. The real pixel size is 0.727 A/px. The dose rate is 1 e/A2/frame for Dataset1 and Dataset2. Please use gain-reference accordingly without any rotation or flipping.
picking contains start-end coordinates of the manually picked filaments of Dataset1 and Dataset2, respectively.
