Details:

Provided are aligned average micrographs collected on a Titan Krios at 300kV with a K3 detector operating in non-superresolution counting mode. Applied defocus values ranged from −0.7 to −2.9 µm. MotionCor2 was used to align 40 dose fractions that were taken with a total electron dose of ~43.1e-/Å². Coordinates provided are of start-end pairs, for helical segmentation and extraction.
