Polished particles after auto-refinement in Relion3.1. In the star file the columns rlnMicrographName and rlnImageName are not correct: The paths have to be changed to point to the mrc/mrcs files. The final resolution was 2.15 A. The 3' domain of U2 snRNP could not be resolved.
