Data collection with a Titan Krios EM (300 kV) using a K2 Summit camera. Defocus range -0.5 to -2.5, exposure time 12 seconds, dose rate 3.33 e-/Å^2/s, total dose 40 e-/Å^2.
For CTF calculations: CS = 2.7 mm, HT = 300 kV, AmpCnst = 0.07, XMAG = 48076.9, DStep = 50000 um

Thumbnails and powerspectra of ex-vivo human SAA1 micrographs are also provided, as well as the gain reference.
