L3Tomo3.st is the aligned and phase-flipped unbinned tilt series for tomogram reconstruction.
L3Tomo3_bin4.rec is the bin4 tomogram for IMOD consistency.
Other files are accessory for tomogram reconstruction and subtomogram extraction. See README.txt for details.
