All motion-corrected, dose-weighted and gain-corrected micrographs are contained in the directory "MG".
No extracted particles are included. Instead, particles can be re-extracted using the .star files. Estimated CTF values per-micrograph is found in the file micrographs_ctf.star, which should be used to re-extract particles defined in any particles.star-file. The latter files contain refined positions and angle assignments.
all_particles.star contain all particles considered to be non-junk, PDC-particles. Angle assignments are based on classification of these particles into class X, class Y, and class N, as denoted in the paper "Arrangement and symmetry of the fungal E3BP-containing core of the Pyruvate Dehydrogenase Complex". Two separate files contain the re-refined angles of class X and Yi respectively, based on gold-standard refinement using relion.
