1. Aligned, summed and exposure weighted micrographs of HIV-1 intasome bound to compound 4d.
Category:
micrographs - single frame
Image format:
MRC
No. of images or tilt series:
2022
Image size:
(3710, 3838)
Pixel type:
32 BIT FLOAT
Pixel spacing:
(0.79, 0.79)
Details:
Aligned, summed and exposure weighted micrographs of HIV-1 intasome bound to compound 4d. Micrographs were aligned and summed using MotionCor2, with 5 by 5 patch and exposure weighting. The first 3 frames, which had the most beam-induced movement, were discarded.

Regarding particle stack of HIV-1 intasome bound to compound 4d. Particles were extracted from aligned, exposured weighted and summed micrographs. This stack contains 138,770 particles (384 x 384 pixels) and was processed in cisTEM. Both *mrc and *par files are included.

2. Unaligned raw movies of HIV-1 intasome bound to compound 4d
Category:
micrographs - multiframe
Image format:
MRC
No. of images or tilt series:
2024
Image size:
(3710, 3838)
Pixel type:
UNSIGNED 16 BIT INTEGER
Pixel spacing:
(0.79, 0.79)
Details:
Unaligned raw multi-frame movies of HIV-1 intasome bound to compound 4d. Movies were collected with a stage tilt angle set to 20, 30, or 40 degrees. The gain normalization reference image (norm) is included for each of the 3 sessions.
