Details:
Particle images for whole cages with phase flipping to have a tight box around the cage. Particle images are extracted from MotionCor2 dose weighted micrographs. Star files for the refinement of the five different cage types are found in data/starfile_whole_cage/*.star, each refinement uses symmetry for the respective cage type.
