Details:

The images consist of a rotation series. The rotation axis approximately correspond to the y axis of the diffraction patterns, and one frame covers 0.644 degree rotation. Whole frames comprise Dataset 2 in Table 1 (Yonekura et al., J Struct. Biol., 2019).
