The pixel size (0.7625 A/px) is for super-resolution pixels. The defect file (defect.txt) and the gain reference (gain.mrc) are also uploaded. In UCSF MotionCor2, you have to apply "-RotGain 1 -FlipGain 2". The final set of particles and orientations are stored in particle.star. The total exposure is 50.2 electrons per square angstrom in a 15.6 second exposure.
