Each .dm4 file contains a 4D stack of data with the following dimensions: 1792,1920,scanX,scanY where the first two dimensions are the detector dimensions and the second two correspond to a real space scan. Each diffraction pattern corresponds to a single 2.5 ms exposure with a total accumulated dose of 1 electron per squared Angstrom.
