Coordinates for the 412,272 particles used for polishing are in shiny_412272_data.star. Coordinates for the 159,549 particles used for the final 3.4A refinement are in shiny_159549_data.star. Both star files are in RELION format and also contain other metadata necessary for refinement in RELION.
