Details:
Data collected with UCSF Tomo and best fit value for pixel size is 5.3 Angstroms. Variable number of tilts in the tilt series, due to different sampling and some higher tilted images with bad drift were removed. Additional files are provided , adoc parameter files used
in IMOD Batchtomo, list files with nominal and fitted tilt angles and
fitted defocus values. Coordinate files for particles selected with
e2spt_boxer.py are also given, a box size of 300 was used for
final processing with unbinned data.
