Details:

- 1 mg/ml rabbit muscle aldolase on a gold Spotiton nanowire grid,
- Collected bi-directionally from [-12:45] then [-12:-45] with 3 degree tilt increment,
- Collected ~50 nm away from the edge of 1-2 micron diameter holes because farther out there are no particles,
- Ice is about 15-25 nm thin,
- Collected with a random defocus range between 1.2 and 2.2 microns,
- Collected at 105kx mag = 1.119 angstrom pixelsize, 0.5595 angstrom pixelsize at super-res (calibrated: 0.530245),
- 15-20 eV slit at ZLP (I think most was 15 eV, I don't remember), re-aligned automatically every 1.25 hours,
- ~8 e-/px/s dose rate on the camera,
- 1.54 e-/A^2 for tilt angles up to 24 degrees, 1.84 e-/A^2 for 27 to 39 degrees, 2.15 e-/A^2 for 42 and 45 degrees,
- 100 ms frames,
- 5-7 frames per tilt image, depending on tilt (cosine increase in dose),
- ~< 1 angstrom per-image drift at all tilt angles,
- tiltseries0003 and tiltseries0004 were collected without the objective aperture in.
- Gain and dark references included.
