particles are in three files Hrd13_July25-26_fixs5_i_n1.mrc Hrd13_July27-28_fixs5_i_n1.mrc Hrd13_July29-31_fixs5_i_n1.mrc total particle number from above three files is 1015288. corresponding star files are available as well
Under folder Hrd13_svco-files_bin3_1015288 are coordinate files of picked particles, and files are SPIDER format. The coordinates are for images binned by 3, so if the users want to box particles from raw images, they need to multiple 3 for all coordinates to get the right value.
