"allimg.star" is the Relion star file containing the EM and defocus parameters for each particle.
"ragSEC_150309.mrcs" is the particle stack from the 1st data set after summing all 30 frames, and "ragSEC_150311_f03-16.mrcs" is the particle stack from the 1st data set after summing frames 3-16.
"ragSEC_150311.mrcs" and "ragSEC_150311_f03-16.mrcs" are the particle stacks from the 2nd data set.
"ragSEC_volume_half1.mrc" and "ragSEC_volume_half2.mrc" are the two final unfiltered half maps.
