This dataset provides the cryo-electron microscopy (cryo-EM) analysis of high molecular weight biomolecules isolated from Saccharomyces cerevisiae, commonly known as baker's yeast. The cells were grown, lysed, and the lysate was subsequently cleared and fractionated using size exclusion chromatography.
