Details:
Particle coordinates correspond to initial picking using crYOLO. Micrographs where particles were not detected do not have an associated .box file.
The gain reference is provided in MRC format inside the data/gain/ directory.

Data acquisition details:
Images were acquired on a Titan Krios microscope (FEI, Thermo Fisher Scientific) at 300 kV, using a post-column energy filter (Quantum, Gatan) and a K2 Summit direct electron detector (Gatan) operated in counting mode. For each image, 80 frames were acquired over 8 sec, with a total dose of ~45 e−/Å2 and a calibrated pixel size of 1.35 Å. A total of 8120 images were recorded, using a defocus range of −0.5 to −3.5 μm.
