1. Unaligned multi-frame, non-gain-corrected frames in LZW-TIFF of SpCas9 delta4CE Ternary Complex
Category:
micrographs - multiframe
Image format:
TIFF
No. of images or tilt series:
2570
Image size:
(11520, 8184)
Pixel type:
UNSIGNED BYTE
Pixel spacing:
(0.45, 0.45)
Details:
LZW-TIFF, non-gain-corrected, super-resolution K3 multi-frame movies containing 60 frames with cumulative, uniform exposure of 60 electrons per square Angstrom. Gain-reference provided in frame directory as dm4 format. Final particle positions and orientations provided as run_data.star from RELION-3.1b. Data collected using SerialEM with a 3x3 image-shift pattern and beam tilt compensation, but 9th position was systematically poor and removed yielding 8 image-shift groups as marked by the trailing 4 digit-identifier of each movie file.
