This dataset contains raw, uncorrected movies collected in super-resolution mode (collected using a Titan Krios G3i, 300 kV, spherical aberration 2.7 mm, total dose 50 e/A^2). The super-resolution pixel size is 0.525 A. The directory also contains the gain reference file (SuperCDSRef_230615_RecQ_230615_Navigator_104_0001_X+0Y+0-1.mrc). This should not be rotated or flipped for processing in cryoSPARC.
