Unaligned multi-frame micrographs of the catalytic subunit of Mo-nitrogenase (MoFeP) from Azotobacter vinelandii in the presence of 60 mM sodium dithionite under Al's oil collected on a Titan Krios G4 operating at 300 kV equipped with a Selectris-X energy filter with a 10eV slit width. All images were collected at a nominal magnification of 165,000x in EF-TEM mode (with a calibrated pixel size of 0.735 Å) on a Falcon4 direct electron detector. Micrographs were acquired in EER format with a cumulative electron exposure of 60 electrons/Å2.
