Details:
First of two (randomly organized) stacks of images used to generate EMD-45055. Raw unprocessed micrographs containing 50 frames over 50 e-/pix/sec. Gain is included in .mrc format and should be flipped upside down. Images were collected on a 300 kV Titan Krios with a K3 direct electron detector and BioQuantuum energy filter with a slit set to 15 eV. No objective aperture was used. Spherical aberration is 2.7.
