Tilt series were frame-aligned in SerialEM during acquisition, aligned mrc and mdoc files are provided, TS overview files contain information about acquisition parameters and excluded tilt series images from raw stacks, alignment files (.xf) and tilt files (.tlt) were generated from IMOD (note that some tilt images may be excluded, for more information see TiltSeries_Info_control.xlsx file), CTF estimation from gctf are included as gctf.star files.
