Details:

The tilt-series were acquired at a dose-fractionated frame rate of 1 frame per 0.2 seconds, at a magnification of 42,000 x with 0.17 nm pixel size, and recorded with a 2° increment over a -60° to 60° angular range (accumulating ~70 electrons per squared Angstrom) at a -4 defocus. The tilt-series were then down-sampled, motion-corrected, contrast transfer function corrected and reconstructed in volumes with a size of 1024x1024x512 voxel (with 8x8 total down-sampling and a voxel size of 13.6 Angstrom).
