Details:
Unaligned, non-gain-normalised, 20-frame movies from a K2 camera operating in super-resolution mode. Data were collected manually on the LMB Titan Krios 1 operated at 300 kV. Each micrograph accumulate 40 electrons per square Angstrom over 20 frames (16 s). The super-resolution pixel size is 0.7135 Å/pixel, during processing micrographs were binned to pixel size 1.427 Å.

Data were collected over four sessions, found in four folders: Krios_K2_12feb2016, Krios_K2_19feb2016, Krios_K2_19mar2016, and Krios_K2_8apr2016
The original data were in gain-normalised .dm4 format, for EMPIAR deposition these were first converted to mrcs, then to compressed TIFF with relion_convert_to_tiff, with gain references estimated for each of the 4 sessions. The estimated gains are called gain-reference_*.mrc, and the raw convert_to_tiff outputs of gain_estimate*.bin and gain_estimate*_reliablity.bin are also uploaded.

Picked particle coordinates can be found in core_refinement_EMD12107_data.star, and extracted polished particles as a single stack in C_polishedstacks/particles_dataset1.mrcs

The original data were in gain-normalised .mrcs format, for EMPIAR deposition these were converted to compressed TIFF with relion_convert_to_tiff, which also estimated the gain reference. The estimated gain is called gain-reference.mrc, and the raw convert_to_tiff outputs of gain_estimate.bin and gain_estimate_reliablity.bin are also uploaded.

ALIGNED, gain-normalised, 28-frame movies from a K2 camera operating in counting mode. Data were collected with EPU at Diamond Light Source on Titan Krios 2 operated at 300 kV. Each micrograph accumulate 44 electrons per square Angstrom over 28 frames (14 s).

Unfortunately, the original non-motion-corrected movies appear to have been lost. Only the motion-corrected stacks used for movie refinement in RELION 1.4 were saved. These will work fine for processing including polishing, but unfortunately means the gain could not be estimated and so TIFF compression was not possible. Therefore, I am sorry that this dataset is so large! It's very nice data otherwise, it's worth the wait to download it ;)

8. Selected C-complex particles after polishing

C-complex particles from datasets 1-6 were refined and polished in Relion 2.0 (non-Bayesian polishing). Each dataset was then reduced to a single stack (e.g. particles_dataset1.mrcs)
The stacks retain their original pixel sizes.

Refinement of all particles together produced the overall C-complex reconstruction deposited in the EMDB as EMD-12107, the corresponding run_data.star file can be found here as core_refinement_EMD12107_data.star

P-complex particles from datasets 6-9 were refined. Datasets 6 and 8 were polished in RELION 2.0 (non-Bayesian polishing); datasets 7 and 9 were polished in RELION 3.1 (Bayesian polishing). The particles retain their original pixel sizes.
(Datasets 7 and 8 were deposited previously in EMPIAR 10298 as datasets 1 and 2 respectively).

These particles when combined with the C complex particles in C_polishedstacks/ produced:
