We started data processing at the nominal pixel size of 1.098 A/px. Thus, the pixel size and CTF parameters in image headers and STAR files assume the nominal 1.098 A/px. We updated to the calibrated pixel size of 1.061 A/px in PostProcess.
Please use CountRef_SARS2_HGKA54_ZK144_G2_K3_0000.mrc as the gain reference with "Rotation of 180 degrees (2)" and "Flip left to right (2)".
The "Polished" folder contains the polished particles. We also deposited three STAR files containing final refined parameters. - job095_run_data.star: the "2 closed + 1 weak RBDs" state - job096_run_data.star: the "3 closed RBDs" state - job055_run_data.star: both
