Details:

Data collection was performed using a dose of ~96.78 e-/Å2 across 90 frames (150 msec per frame) at a dose rate of ~8.34 e-/pix/sec, using a set defocus range of -0.8 μm to -1.6 μm. Raw frames were compressed using pbzip2. Gain reference image is 01_Raw_Frames/18nov03b/rawdata/references/18nov02f_03102315_01_3838x3710_norm_0_mod.mrc.
