Details:
- Most of the movies were collected with the Volta phase plate (VPP). Such movies are in the "VPP" subfolder and contain "VPP" in their filename.
- The movies were collected with a 9-hole beam-image shift acquisition pattern. The filename contains a four-digit number in the range 0000 to 0008 corresponding to the image-shift acquisition position.
- The image-shift induced beam-tilt was not compensated optically during acquisition. For best results, perform per-image-shift-position beam-tilt measurement and correction with CTF refinement.
- The movies were recorded with Gatan K3 camera in counting (hardware bin by 2) mode and saved as gain-normalized LZW compressed TIFF files by SerialEM.
