These data are unaligned frames (20 dose fractions) collected on a K2 Summit in counting mode at Diamond Light Source, U.K. Total electron dose was ~47e-/Å². Micrographs are grouped by the GridSquare in which they were collected. Also included are the particle coordinates for 10173 particles after 2D classification (Relion particle coordinate STAR file format).
