Micrographs are corrected, summed and dose-weighted by MotionCor2 (from a 33-frame movie with 24 electron per squared Angstrom total dose). run_data.star contains the refine parameters in Relion-2.0. particle coordinates are in the 1st and 2nd column respectively.
