The data was collected using a Glacios 200 kV system equipped with a K3 camera. A total of 5358 micrographs were motion-corrected, with a 180-degree rotation gain reference was applied, utilizing RELION's implementation of MotionCor2 for alignment. Coordinates for manually picked particles are available in the ManualPick folder.

The data was collected using a Titan Krios 300 kV system equipped with a K3 camera. Movie frames were gain-corrected, aligned, and dose-weighed using Relion 4.0 software. A total of 2579 micrographs from 2 sessions of data collection are used in the reconstruction. Coordinates for manually picked particles are available in the ManualPick folder.
