A SPA data collection structure from eBIC, Diamond Light Source collected on a Titan Krios equipped with Gatan K3. The directory structure contains the unaligned raw movie frames recorded in TIFF format (as output by Thermo Fisher Scientific EPU) in 'data/2023/bi23047-106/raw', EPU metadata in 'data/2023/bi23047-106/atlas' and 'data/2023/bi23047-106/raw/metadata*', on the fly processing from Relion in 'data/2023/bi23047-106/processed' and miscellaneous files in 'data/2023/bi23047-106/processing'.
