CryoEM insights into RNA primer synthesis by the human primosome
Micrographs were imaged using Gatan K3 camera, each with 45 movie frames using the FEI EPU software with aberration-free image shift. The calibrated pixel size was 1.066 Å, and the total electron dose was 47.78 electrons Å-2 for each micrograph.
