The movies were imaged (Titan Krios) in linear mode with Falcon2 (Thermo Fisher Scientific) direct electron detector at a nominal magnification of 75,000 corresponding to a calibrated pixel size of 1.063 Å. Each movie is collected across 40 frames with a total electron dose of 84 e-/Å2.
