Details:
Micrographs were Gaussian high-pass filtered with a Gauss filter (standard implementation) with a standard deviation of 40 Å, which translates to a standard deviation of 251 Å taking the factor two pi into account. This micrographs were used for the reconstruction of the linked EMD entry.
