Details:
Unaligned and non-gain corrected, 40-frame movies (K2 super-resolution mode) were collected with using a Titan Krios operating at 300 kV (Rockefeller Krios I). A micrograph accumulates 6 electron per pixel per second with a defocus range of -3.5 to -1.5 um. Micrographs were auto-picked in relion. Gain reference is data/deposition_1116/reference_fliprot90.mrc
