Details:
We started single particle analysis by using the nominal pixel size (0.69A/px). The pixel size was checked by comparing the cryo-EM structure with the atomic-coordinate model of the crystal structure using the 'Fit in Map' tool in UCSF Chimera and was finally calibrated to 0.676 A/pixel
