Tilt-series are sorted according to ascending tilt angle apart from tilt-series 200-237 which are in order of acquisition (the dose-symmetric scheme with tilt range -60 to 60 degrees and 3 degree step was used).

Mdoc files corresponding to the tilt-series are also provided.
