Details:

The movies were acquired with SerialEM as dark-subtracted, non-gain-normalized stacks and saved as LZW-compressed TIFFs. The gain reference file "CountRef_xb212_Oct17_17.02.21.dm4" is included. Movies were recorded by K2 camera in counting mode at 1 electron per squared Angstrom per frame.
