Details:

The movies were imaged (Titan Glacios) at a nominal pixel resolution of 0.976 Å/pixel using a Falcon 3 direct electron detector (Thermo Fisher Scientific) in counting mode. Each movie is collected across 40 frames with a total electron dose of 40 e-/Å2. After pixel size calibration, the calibrated pixel size is 0.950 A.
